Customer Service Agents


The main duty of a customer service agent will be to assist clients with their post-booking needs in a timely and courteous fashion. They are expected to keep customers abreast of any changes in schedules, payments, flights, or document information. Agents will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of each booking, and working with vendors to correct information accordingly (ie: additions, deletions, cancellations and payments). All Customer Service Agents must have strong resolution skills and a proactive demeanor.

Sales Administrator


The role of the Sales Administrator will be to manage accounts receivable as well as preside over a multitude of sales-related tasks. These tasks include processing customer payments, managing inventory, reconciling commission reports, refunds, general ledger, monthly sales reports, etc. Additionally, the Bookkeeper/Sales Administrator will provide back up Customer Care support should the need arise. All applicants for this position must possess strong organizational skills.

Sales Agents will work with qualified consumers who have contacted us and sell them exciting, relaxing, adventurous, or romantic cruises that fit their need. Candidates for the position must demonstrate their ability to close a sale. They must also possess excellent phone & computer skills, a good worth ethic, proficiency with inbound and outbound cruise sales, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
