Royal Caribbean

Royal Caribbean International Overview

Royal Caribbean International has been setting industry standards since its creation over a quarter century ago. While their itineraries have journeyed way past the islands of the Caribbean to ports of call all over the world, the company's philosophy remains consistent: Offer every imaginable activity, to every conceivable destination on majestic vessels. They think of everything, from romantic moonlight dances to on board ice-skating, from outrageous comedy to on board rock climbing. We are confident that once you embark on an adventure with them you'll understand why a Royal Caribbean cruise is "Like No Vacation On Earth".

Experience All New Innovations

AMAZING DESTINATIONS

Royal Caribbean International. Just as our name implies, the Caribbean is where we started. The world is where we came of age. For four decades, Royal Caribbean has delivered global destinations in a whole new, wow-worthy way. 22 ships sailing in every major sea on the globe. 240 incredible destinations in 72 countries on 6 continents. With shore excursions wherever they land, and Cruisetour land and sea packages to take them farther inland before and after their cruise.

INNOVATIVE SHIPS

In between each port, your clients discover a ship packed with firsts they wont find anywhere else. Take on the rock-climbing wall while sailing past a glacier. See a Broadway show on the way to Jamaica. Hang ten on the FlowRider, 200 feet above the waves on a ship that's a destination unto itself. A destination designed for WOW! Soon our entire fleet will be fully updated with guests favorite new features, shared from our newest Oasis class ships. That means no matter which ship you select for your clients, you can be confident they'll enjoy our best dining, shows and nightlife.

Gratuities

To simplify the service recognition process, Royal Caribbean automatically adds a $12.95 USD gratuity ($15.95 USD for Suite Guests) to each guest’s SeaPass® account on a daily basis. This gratuity is shared by Dining Services Staff, Stateroom Attendants other Housekeeping Services Personnel that work to enhance your cruise. The daily automatic gratuity amounts are recommended and are based on customary industry standards.

For all bookings made on and after April 14, 2016 that sail on or after May 1, 2016, the gratuity charge will increase to $13.50 per guest per day ($16.50 per guest per day for Suites)

In the unlikely event that a guest onboard being charged the daily automatic gratuity does not receive satisfactory service, the guest may request to modify the daily amount at their discretion by visiting Guest Services during their cruise. Any modifications or adjustments to your gratuities are required to be requested before you depart your cruise.

Guests who have prepaid their gratuities will not have a daily amount charged.

Dress

On Royal Caribbean, there are three different forms of evening dress that a passenger will need. These include casual, “smart” casual, and formal. Usually two evenings will require formal wear (on a one-week cruise).
