Dining

From breakfast in the morning to the midnight buffet, there are several dining options available aboard MSC Cruise. Have a continental breakfast delivered to the privacy of your stateroom, enjoy a casual outdoor lunch by the pool from the grill or pizzeria or partake in a more elaborate lunch in one of the dining rooms.

Dinner is always a special occasion-the Italian meal itself is an art form! Traditional Italian cuisine with new world flair. During our renowned seven-course dinner menu, experience the zest of flavors and gaiety of colors from an authentic Mediterranean cucina-garlic, olives, basil, red pepper and tomatoes-in our traditional family recipes. Our well-trained dining staff serves regional specialties creatively prepared from scratch by our chefs as well as classic favorites.

Come join us aboard the MSC Melody. *We require the release of all inner children prior to entering this cruise ship. * Please keep all laughing, excitement, and adrenaline to a maximum roar. We furnish everything possible that will tickle your fancy. We have cinemas for those who enjoy snuggling up with a movie, Dancing for the groove shakers, and Casino for the risk takers. Enjoy any number of the entertaining distractions that MSC Italian provides you with.

Gratuities

Gratuities are automatically charged to the on-board account for the passenger’s convenience. Per person, per day gratuities for adults are: 12 euros for Caribbean cruises and ocean voyages, and 6 euros for Mediterranean and Northern European sailings. Per person, per day gratuities for children are 50 percent less.

Dress

Resort-casual attire is considered appropriate any time during the day before 6:00 PM. After this time, the ship does not permit jeans, t-shirts or shorts in public areas of the ship, and bare feet are also not allowed. Cocktail dresses and normal formal attire are recommended for the formal night(s).
