I had a wonderful booking experience with Cruise Direct! The booking experience was smooth and seamless! We had a hiccup with flex pay, my booking agent Rafael worked through it and got us booked! Rafael stayed with me 2 hours walking me through everything. All that took longer than the courtesy hold, Rafael worked to make sure I was able to keep my room as it was the last balcony.
