John, the customer service representative, was very efficient in solving a problem with payments for Costa cruise as there was a technical glitch between CruiseDirect and Costa systems. John also helped me with making dinner reservations for all my friends to be seated together by connecting separate cruise reservations. I was not able to address the above issues on the CruiseDirect portal. Thus. I really appreciate John's help.
