This was my first booking on any cruise site and I did miss many options that I didn't realize were available through pulldown menus. I called and Ivy was very helpful in helping make the right choices so my first cruise would be the best it could be. She even was able to reserve the suite next to the experienced travelers we are joining. Is was very patient and clear but I have nothing but praise for her helping me without making me feel bad about some of my choices.
