I would like to give a special thank you to Ivy for her incredible help and patience with my reservation.
I had a complicated issue with my booking after a name correction was made for both passengers. After the correction, my reservation temporarily disappeared from my Viking account, and I was extremely worried because I could no longer access my cruise information.
I contacted CruiseDirect several times, and because I was assisted by different agents, I was worried that my issue might not be properly followed up. However, when I spoke with Ivy, she took the time to carefully listen to my situation, check my booking, and stay with me while we worked through the problem.
There were several times when the Viking system was not showing my reservation, but Ivy patiently checked everything and explained that the booking was valid and that the Viking portal was taking time to synchronize after the modifications. She continued helping me until I was finally able to access my Viking reservation again.
I was honestly very stressed and worried about my cruise, but Ivy was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Her willingness to stay with me and keep checking until the problem was resolved made a huge difference.
I truly appreciate everything Ivy did for me. She went above and beyond to help, and I am very grateful for her excellent customer service.
