Twenty-five years is a long time between new ships, and Crystal has used every bit of it. Crystal Grace launches in June 2028 with 650 guests, one of the highest space-per-guest ratios currently at sea. The sports facilities alone set a new standard for a ship this size. Two full-size courts for paddle tennis and pickleball sit on the upper deck alongside two golf driving nets, with a qualified golf professional available on most sailings.
The social spaces are where Crystal's heritage shows most clearly. From there, the programme builds out across the Mediterranean, with itineraries ranging from focused eight-night sailings to 34-night grand voyages covering the full sweep of European waters. Dining
Crystal is proud to host the only Nobu restaurant at sea. A Japanese-Peruvian fusion menu created by the world-famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa is served in an elegant dining room and sushi bar.
Trident grill serves breakfast, lunch, and snacks until late afternoon. The casual menu of comfort classics includes burgers and melts, hot dogs, fries, and fresh salads, all made to order.
