Cancellation Policy - Oceania Cruises

This cancellation policy is specific to Oceania Cruises and is provided for your reference. Please ensure that your reservation is covered by this policy, as promotional fares, special offers, and optional services may have different cancellation terms. Cruise Direct is not responsible for sudden changes to the policy.

Oceania Cruises Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Oceania Cruises no later than the day before the applicable cancellation penalty is assessed.

A 100% cancellation fee applies if a guest does not appear at the embarkation port at the scheduled departure time or if written cancellation notice is not received within the required timeframe.

Oceania defines cruise fare as the total cost of cruise or air components purchased through Oceania Cruises, excluding Optional Facilities and Services Fees.

Additional Cancellation Terms

All cancellation fees are assessed per person.

Cancellation penalties apply to applicable travel components purchased through Oceania Cruises, including:

  • Cruise arrangements
  • Air arrangements
  • Land arrangements

Oceania states that no refund, payment, compensation, or credit is generally provided for:

  • Unused or partially used portions of a cruise or CruiseTour
  • Optional Facilities and Services Fees, including shore excursions, except where otherwise stated in the Guest Ticket Contract

Changes to a booking may also be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and can trigger cancellation or administrative fees.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to appear at the embarkation port at the scheduled departure time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation policies, administrative fees, promotional terms, and refund eligibility may vary by reservation and are subject to change without prior notice.
