Cancellation Policy - Princess Cruises

This cancellation policy is specific to Princess Cruises and is provided for your reference. It is effective as of July 1, 2026, as stated on the cruise line's website at that time. Please ensure that your cruise is covered by this policy. CruiseDirect is not responsible for any changes to the policy.

Princess Cruises Cancellation Policy

Princess Cruises' cancellation policy is based on the length of the voyage and the number of days prior to sailing that a reservation is cancelled. Cancellation fees increase as the sailing date approaches. Certain promotional fares, non-refundable deposits, and special offers may be subject to different cancellation terms.

Effective July 1, 2026: For reservations booked on or after July 1, 2026, and certain existing reservations with sail dates on or after July 1, 2026, Government Taxes & Fees and Required Cruise Fees & Expenses are considered part of the total cruise fare. When cancellation penalties apply, these amounts are also subject to the applicable cancellation penalty and may not be refundable. Guests who purchase Princess Vacation Protection may remain eligible for reimbursement of these amounts in accordance with the terms of their coverage.
