Costa Cruises Gratuities Policy
For all hotel services provided onboard, a service charge will be added daily to the Guest's onboard account. The Hotel Service Charge is a daily amount added to your onboard account and is pooled to recognize the many team members throughout our fleet who contribute to the guest experience. If a guest is not satisfied with the service they receive, they can contact the Guest Services Desk while onboard, allowing us to address their concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. At the guest's discretion, Hotel Services Charges may be adjusted after they have been posted to a guest's onboard account. Once Hotel Services Charges have been posted to a guest's onboard account they are considered final upon disembarkation, and no changes will be made after the cruise.
The suggested daily amount of 11 Euro* are charged per person, per night and is applied to guests 15 and over.
Children between the ages of 4 to 14, the suggested daily amount of 5,50 Euro are charged per person, per night. A charge will not be applied to children under the age of 4.
*South America cruises: The suggested daily amount of $14.50 USD are charged per person, per night and is applied to guests 15 and over.
Children between the ages of 4 to 14, the suggested daily amount of $7 USD are charged per person, per night. A charge will not be applied to children under the age of 4.
Costa Cruises may modify, amend or update the Service Charges at any time with or without notice to guests.
