Regent Seven Seas Cruises Internet/Wi-Fi
Regent Seven Seas Cruises includes complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi powered by Starlink® with all suite categories.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the ship, including:
- Suites
- Public rooms
- Outdoor deck areas
Internet service is delivered through satellite technology, so connection speed and availability may vary depending on the ship's location, time of day, satellite coverage, and network demand. Regent notes that guests may sometimes experience better connectivity in public areas than in their suites.
Included Logins
Current Regent materials provide:
- All suite categories: two Wi-Fi logins per suite
- Concierge Suites and higher: up to four logins for up to four devices per suite
Starlink®
Regent's current complimentary internet service is powered by Starlink® across its fleet.
The old wording listing Starlink only on Seven Seas Grandeur, Seven Seas Splendor, Seven Seas Voyager, Seven Seas Mariner, and Seven Seas Navigator should therefore be removed.
Streaming and High-Bandwidth Applications
Because Regent's internet service depends on satellite availability and shared onboard bandwidth, performance may vary for bandwidth-intensive activities such as:
- Video streaming
- Video calls
- VPN use
- Large downloads
Regent does not guarantee the availability or performance of Starlink Wi-Fi at all times or in all locations.
Cellular Data and Roaming
Guests using their mobile device's cellular connection rather than the ship's Wi-Fi may incur international or maritime roaming charges from their mobile provider.
To avoid unexpected roaming fees, guests should connect to the ship's Wi-Fi and review their mobile carrier's international and maritime roaming settings before sailing.
