Uniworld Internet/Wi-Fi Packages
Uniworld provides complimentary Wi-Fi on most vessels.
Guests may connect personal laptops, tablets, and mobile devices to the onboard wireless network. On European river ships, Wi-Fi is generally available throughout the ship, with the strongest connectivity typically found in the main lounge.
Connection Quality
Uniworld does not guarantee internet availability, speed, or connectivity.
Service may be unavailable or interrupted:
- In remote areas
- While passing through locks
- In tunnels
- Under bridges
- In other areas with limited connectivity
Connection speeds are generally slower than typical home or office internet and may not be suitable for video calls, streaming, or other high-bandwidth activities.
