Norwegian Cruise Line's Latitudes Rewards is a complimentary loyalty program that automatically enrolls guests 18 years and older after their first NCL cruise. Members earn points and unlock increasing benefits across seven tier levels.
Please note: Most tier-level benefits are available on sailings of 5 nights or longer. Onboard discounts (including pre-booking of shore excursions) are available on all sailings regardless of length.
How to Earn Points
You'll earn 1 point per cruise night for standard bookings. Book a suite or The Haven and you'll earn 1 additional point per night. Booking a Latitudes Rewards Insider Offer also earns you 1 additional point per night. Points are credited to your account within 48 hours after your cruise is complete.
Tier Levels
BRONZE (1-19 Points)
After your first cruise, you'll enjoy 10% discount in duty-free shops on NCL logo merchandise, 30% discount on Unlimited Open Bar Package, a signature tier pin, access to Latitudes Digital Magazine and members-only offers, access to exclusive member cruises, and free artwork for attending an art auction.
SILVER (20-44 Points)
All Bronze benefits, plus 40% discount on Unlimited Open Bar Package, 15% discount in duty-free shops on NCL logo merchandise, 10% discount on shore excursions, 20% discount on photos, 15% discount on signature spa treatments during port days, and an invitation to an exclusive cocktail party.
GOLD (45-74 Points)
All Silver benefits, plus priority tender tickets, complimentary bottled water in your stateroom, and a free evening with friends at select specialty restaurants.
PLATINUM (75-149 Points)
All Gold benefits, plus 50% discount on Unlimited Open Bar Package, complimentary laundry service (1 bag per sailing), two complimentary specialty dining experiences, priority restaurant reservations, priority entertainment reservations, pre-cruise concierge service, ability to pre-book dining 125 days prior to sailing, ability to pre-book entertainment 26 days prior to sailing, and ability to pre-book shore excursions typically 1 year prior to sailing.
SAPPHIRE (150-349 Points)
All Platinum benefits, plus 15% discount on shore excursions (increased from 10%), Wi-Fi Package discount, complimentary Wines Around the World tasting experience, complimentary Sail & Sustain Mixology experience, and access to exclusive Latitudes Rewards Member Cruises.
DIAMOND (350-699 Points)
All Sapphire benefits, plus a one-time complimentary cabin upgrade (must be redeemed through My NCL account), enhanced Wi-Fi Package discount, exclusive Diamond member activities and benefits, and priority access to Latitudes Rewards Member Cruises.
AMBASSADOR (700+ Points)
All Diamond benefits, plus 20% discount on shore excursions (increased from 15%), one-time complimentary 7-day cruise (email [email protected] to redeem), one-time special Ambassador gift upon reaching tier, and ability to pre-book dining 130 days prior to sailing (increased from 125).
Important Terms
Duty-free shop discounts are available on all NCL logo merchandise and cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons.
Shore excursion discounts are not shown in the My NCL shopping section on ncl.com but will appear in the shopping cart at checkout. For onboard purchases, present your keycard and identify yourself as a Latitudes Rewards member at the shore excursion desk.
Photo discounts are not eligible for photo packages that include merchandise or Perspectives Photography Studio.
Specialty dining vouchers are available on sailings 5+ nights and are valid only for the sailing issued. They cannot be transferred to another ship, sail date, or itinerary including back-to-back sailings. Upcharge menu items incur supplemental charges. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the same venue twice. Solo guests cannot claim two dinners. Dining options vary by ship.
Wi-Fi package discounts are eligible on Voyage Wi-Fi Pass and Streaming Voyage Wi-Fi Pass only. They exclude More At Sea Wi-Fi package upgrades and time-based packages. Discount amount varies by tier level.
The Diamond cabin upgrade is a one-time benefit redeemed through your My NCL account under the "Latitude Rewards" tab. A representative will contact you regarding your request. This benefit is excluded from the Loyalty Status Honoring Programme.
The Ambassador complimentary cruise is a one-time benefit for a 7-day cruise. Email [email protected] to redeem. This benefit is excluded from the Loyalty Status Honoring Programme.
The Ambassador gift is a one-time benefit received upon graduating to Ambassador status and is not distributed in subsequent years. This benefit is excluded from the Loyalty Status Honoring Programme.
NCL can only credit missing points for cruises taken within the last 12 months.
For CruiseNext cocktail parties, check with the CruiseNext desk in the Atrium by 9:00 pm on embarkation day (or by 9:00 pm second day for Pride of America). Spacing is limited and allocated first-come, first-served.
Spa treatment discounts on Spa Signature Treatments during port calls cannot be combined with other onboard discounts or promotions.
Loyalty Status Honoring Programme
As of October 15, 2025, NCL Latitudes Rewards members can have their status honored across Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings brands including Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Members will receive corresponding tier benefits when sailing with sister brands.
