Disney Cruise Line Internet/Wi-Fi Packages
Disney Cruise Line currently offers two onboard internet options: the Internet Package and the Internet + Streaming Package.
Guests can purchase an internet package after boarding by connecting to the DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi network and selecting Connect to Internet in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
Internet Package
The Internet Package is designed for everyday browsing, messaging, social media, email, and calling.
It supports:
- Facebook Messenger
- X
- Snapchat
- TikTok
- General web browsing
- News and weather websites
- Audio and video calls through services such as FaceTime, WhatsApp, and Zoom
- Short-form social video
The Internet Package does not support YouTube or long-form video streaming services such as Disney+ and Hulu.
Internet + Streaming Package
The Internet + Streaming Package includes everything in the Internet Package, plus faster connection speeds and support for full streaming.
It supports services such as:
- Disney+
- ESPN+
- Hulu
- YouTube
- Spotify
- Apple Music
- Other eligible video and audio streaming platforms
Video game streaming may also be possible, but Disney Cruise Line does not guarantee a seamless gaming experience because onboard internet relies on satellite connectivity.
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App
Use of the DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi network is complimentary when it is used solely for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
The app allows guests to access features including:
- Daily activity schedules
- Entertainment information
- Restaurant menus
- Dining assignments
- Destination information
- Booked plans
- Onboard chat with members of their sailing party
A paid internet package is required for general internet browsing, email, social media, streaming, and other external internet services.
