Virgin Voyages WiFi Policy
WiFi is included with Virgin Voyages fares, with the level of service depending on the VoyageFair or accommodation selected.
Included WiFi
- Lock It In & Base fares: Basic WiFi for 1 device per Sailor
- Essential fares: Classic WiFi for 1 device per Sailor
- Premium fares: Premium WiFi for 2 devices per Sailor
- RockStar Quarters: Classic WiFi for 1 device per Sailor
- Mega RockStar Quarters: Work from Sea WiFi for 2 devices per Sailor
Basic and Classic WiFi are suitable for general internet use such as messaging, email, browsing, and social media.
Premium WiFi provides enhanced connectivity, including streaming and video capabilities.
Upgrading WiFi Service
Sailors whose fare includes Basic or Classic WiFi can pre-purchase Premium WiFi before sailing through My Account.
Once onboard, Sailors may upgrade to Premium WiFi or Work from Sea WiFi through the onboard WiFi portal. Assistance is also available through Sailor Services.
