Uniworld River Power Adapter Type
Electrical outlets and voltage vary by destination and ship.
Europe
On Uniworld’s European river ships, electrical current is generally 220V, the European standard.
Each stateroom and suite also has one 110V outlet.
Guests traveling with electrical devices from outside Europe may need an appropriate plug adapter and/or voltage converter.
Egypt and Peru
Electrical current is generally 220V/50Hz onboard and in hotels.
Guests using electrical products designed for U.S. or comparable outlets may require a 3-pin plug adapter and voltage converter.
India
Electrical current is generally 220V/50Hz.
Uniworld states that onboard suite outlets can accommodate both 110V and 220V appliances. Hotel arrangements may differ, so dual-voltage appliances or a converter may be required.
Vietnam and Cambodia
Electrical current is generally 220V/50Hz onboard and in hotels.
Onboard suite outlets can accommodate both 110V and 220V appliances. Guests may also need:
- Cambodia: two-round-pin plug adapter
- Vietnam: three-flat-pin plug adapter
