Carnival Cruise Line Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant guests may only sail if they have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy at any time during the voyage. Guests who have entered, or will enter, their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise may be denied boarding or disembarked without compensation or refund.
Pregnant guests should travel with a letter from their physician confirming that both the guest and baby are in good health and fit to travel. The letter should also include the estimated delivery date and the results of any ultrasound studies performed.
Due to limitations in prenatal and specialized medical care onboard and in some ports of call, Carnival strictly enforces this policy for the safety of the guest and unborn child.
Policies, prices and offers may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
