Disney Cruise Line Pregnancy Policy
Pregnant guests are permitted to sail if they have not entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the embarkation date and will not enter their 24th week of pregnancy during the cruise. This policy is strictly enforced, and neither a physician's medical statement nor a waiver of liability will be accepted.
The Health Center on board can handle many emergency situations but is not equipped to provide critical care for premature deliveries. Disney Cruise Line cannot be held responsible or liable for any complications relating to pregnancy at any stage.
