MSC Cruises Pregnancy Policy
Guests are required to submit a special needs form to [email protected] at least 30 days before sailing. For safety reasons, MSC Cruises cannot admit women who will have reached or exceeded their 24th week of pregnancy by the end of the cruise. Regardless of the stage of pregnancy, it is recommended to consult a doctor before traveling to evaluate fitness for the cruise.
The medical facilities and equipment on board are not sufficient to handle a birth or pregnancy complications. Therefore, MSC Cruises will not allow women who are 24 weeks or more pregnant at the end of the cruise to board.
