Princess Cruises Pregnancy Policy
Princess Cruises does not permit guests to sail if they will enter the 24th week of pregnancy at any time during the cruise.
This means the guest must remain under 24 weeks pregnant for the entire voyage, including the final day of the cruise.
Physician Letter
Pregnant guests should travel with a letter from their physician confirming:
- The guest is in good health and fit to travel
- The pregnancy is progressing normally
