In the span of 1 month, I had to contact cruisedirect chat to change my booking. 1. was change date. 2. add 3rd person and now, remove said 3rd person. many have said not to book with 3rd party vendors but Cruisedirect is exceeding my expectations. Any queries I have, they are quick to answer and assist. Janrey has helped me a lot with rebookings and refunds. will definitely book with cruisedirect again in the future
