TrustPilot stars John was our chat agent who made everything work out. We had booked a SR room deck 14 but there was a slide right by our balcony so he was able to move us to starboard side same type room balcony but no slide in our face! We didn't have to wait long to chat. It took hima minute to find this room though because we were so close to cruise date but he came through for us! We also got a better rate with cruise direct.
